Service brief

Undercover Investigations

A licensed operative placed inside a workplace or situation, hired and onboarded like anyone else, to see firsthand what surveillance from outside cannot reach.

The capability

Some conduct only happens when no one from outside is watching: theft, harassment, drug use, safety shortcuts, deliberate slowdowns. An operative on the inside sees it directly, because they are part of the everyday scene rather than observing it from a distance.

Every placement is scoped in writing with management and counsel before it begins, covering what is being investigated, how long the operative stays and how findings will be used. The operative reports on a regular schedule, evidence is documented for admissibility throughout, and the exit is planned as carefully as the entry.

What you receive

Dated reports from inside the operation, building to a documented account of what the operative observed and when. Evidence is handled for admissibility from the first report, so the record holds up in a hearing, a termination meeting or a courtroom.

When it fits

Suspected internal theft or inventory shrinkage. Harassment or intimidation that stops the moment a manager walks in. Safety violations and substance use on the job. Organized time theft and deliberate productivity loss.

A placement takes weeks to establish, and an operative who asks too many questions too early burns it along with the case. When an answer is needed immediately, covert surveillance or a direct investigation moves faster than a placement ever could.
