Do the work. Skip the spotlight.

We hire people who want to investigate, not perform. No public bios, no headshots, no LinkedIn theatre, just casework held to a court-ready standard.

Who we’re looking for

Holders of an Ontario PSISA private investigator licence, or candidates ready to obtain one. Police, military and professional investigative backgrounds are a natural fit, and welcome. OSINT, digital forensics and technical surveillance skills are increasingly the work; analysts matter as much as field investigators. Above everything: judgment, patience and discretion. Surveillance shifts are long, and the job is being unremarkable.

What the work is like

Shift-based fieldwork across Ontario, casework managed from Hamilton, and reporting standards that assume every file ends up in front of a judge. You will never appear on this website. That’s a promise we make to you as much as a brand choice; nobody should be able to match your face to this agency.

Apply

First contact is the form below; resumes come later, and only on request.

Before you apply, read how we actually work. The Art of Surveillance and The Field Kit are the best picture of the job you’ll get without doing a shift. An Ontario PSISA private investigator licence is required to work cases; our agency licence is #30000432.

A few lines on your experience: policing, military, investigation, OSINT, forensics, or why you’d be good at this. Don’t attach a resume yet; we’ll request one after first contact.

End of brief

Tell us what you bring.

The form above is first contact. We request a resume after we talk, never before.
