OSINT and Social Media Investigations

Most of what matters online never shows up in a search engine. We collect, verify and preserve open-source and social media evidence, before it disappears.

The capability

Open-source intelligence is the systematic collection and analysis of publicly available information, connected into a picture no single source shows on its own. Search engines index only around 4% of the internet: most of what is useful, and an estimated 90% of actionable intelligence, comes from the rest.

Public records and open sources

Business filings, court records, real estate data, property and licensing records, news coverage and archives, specialized databases and the unindexed web. The skill isn’t access: most of this is technically available to anyone. It’s knowing where to look, how to verify what’s found, and how to connect points that don’t look related until they are.

Social media

Often the fastest-moving and most perishable evidence in a case: posts, tags and activity that can disappear within hours. We document and preserve time-sensitive activity as it happens, and offer ongoing monitoring where a case calls for it rather than a single snapshot.

What you receive

Everything collected is verified against independent sources and preserved in a form that documents when and where it was found, because online evidence is only worth what its provenance can prove. Delivered as a sourced record built for court, counsel, HR or an insurer.

When it fits

Pre-employment and vendor due diligence. Insurance claim verification. Competitive and reputational risk monitoring. Corroborating, or disproving, an internal fraud suspicion before it escalates to a formal investigation.

OSINT can’t produce something that was never posted, filed or said online: it draws only on what’s public, or was public at some point. Where the evidence has to come from watching someone directly, that’s surveillance work, not open-source work.
