Service brief

TSCM and Counter-Surveillance

Find hidden cameras, microphones and GPS trackers, and prove the room is clear once we’re done. That standard applies to a boardroom, a vehicle, or a private residence alike.

The capability

What a sweep involves

A TSCM sweep is a full inspection of a property or vehicle: walls, ceilings, floors, furniture, fixtures, using spectrum analyzers, RF scanners, and optical detection equipment, run by someone trained on current surveillance technology. We’ve found devices hidden in luggage, furniture, light fixtures, and even inside a modified game controller. Hiding spots keep getting more creative, so the sweep has to be thorough, not routine.

What we check for spans hidden cameras (optical devices, spectrum analyzers, RF scanners), hidden microphones and transmitters small enough to hide in a coin, and GPS trackers, more common on a vehicle than most clients expect. If we find something, we remove it, document it in a full report, and walk you through practical security improvements: locks, alarm systems, or a security presence, depending on what the situation calls for.

Data recovery

We also recover lost or deleted data from compromised devices, hard drives, and external storage, often relevant in the same cases where a physical surveillance device turns up.

What you receive

A full written report of the sweep, documenting anything found and removed, plus practical recommendations, locks, alarm systems, or a security presence, scaled to what the situation actually calls for.

When it fits

A property or vehicle where a hidden camera, microphone or tracker is a real possibility, not just a feeling, and a boardroom or residence that needs to be verified clear before a sensitive conversation happens there.

A sweep secures a location or vehicle already in your control; it doesn’t secure how you communicate about a case going forward. Where the concern is safe contact rather than a hidden device, Secure Communications is the page to start from.
