Service brief

Child Custody and Family

Your child’s safety is our #1 priority. We build the documented record a custody case actually needs, not just an account of what someone says happened.

The capability

Investigative techniques

Techniques include surveillance of custody exchanges, parenting time and supervision, background checks on new partners, caregivers and household members, documentation of living conditions and the child’s environment, and preservation of relevant social media activity before it disappears.

What courts weigh, and how we document it

Custody decisions turn on evidence, not accusations. Our investigators build a documented record, surveillance logs, timestamped media, background findings, and where relevant, witness statements, that stands up under cross-examination. Every method we use is chosen to be legally admissible; we won’t hand a client evidence that gets thrown out or that exposes them to liability. We work directly with family lawyers when requested, so findings arrive in a format their case can actually use.

What you receive

Surveillance logs, timestamped media, background findings and, where relevant, witness statements: a documented record built to stand up under cross-examination and delivered in a format your family lawyer’s case can use.

When it fits

Custody and access disputes where a court, a lawyer or a co-parent needs to see documented reality: exchanges, parenting time, a new partner’s background, or a household’s living conditions.

This produces evidence for a family court case, not legal advice on custody strategy. Where a child may be in immediate danger, call police or child protective services first, not an investigator. Before hiring anyone for a custody matter, confirm they’re licensed under Ontario’s PSISA and get a clear scope before anything begins; we’re glad to walk you through ours on a free consultation call.
